March

In March we went on our annual McDowell family trip. We went back to Hawaii for the third year in a row, and this time we went to the big island. This time we also took the kids, so there were 19 of us in all. We had the most wonderful time. The weather was perfect, and we spent almost everyday at the beach. Tate had a blast in the sand, but was a bit scared of the water. John and his brothers learned how to snuba, and saw a lot of neat things. We checked out the steam vents, a volcanic crater, caves, black sand beaches, and lots of other very cool things. As always it was so much fun.
